Hi. Someone is constantly using this same exact spot in the gutter right outside my house as a dog toilet. Every time I go out or come in it's like playing Russian roulette, regarding whether I end up with it in my car tyres or under my shoes, neither of which I want. Whoever it is probably thinks it's ok as it's in the gutter, but it's still fouling which I'm sure they're aware of. I'm sure there's a 'dog fouling' poster on a nearby lamp post but they've obviously ignored that. I'd appreciate it if something could be done about it. Many thanks.
