Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7754859.

Constant litter & drug paraphernalia strewn over pavements and road particularly outside Bathroom store. Pavements covered in bird droppings and vegetation on Elizabeth street at the back of Country Carpets , piles of litter down to the pavements at the entrance of sound studios. Walls covered in graffiti. Complete disgrace. These side street are totally ignored, and NEVER swept.
