Hedge completely blocking the WHOLE WIDTH OF THE FOOTPATH for many months, the verge is now worn away! Thorny twigs/HEDGES ALONG this stretch of road are always hitting people in the face even when passable ! Just cut them back & CHARGE THE RESIDENTS for the work carried out.
