Between Bank House and South Ridge on Audlem Road, Hatherton

Reported via desktop in the Tree Maintenance category by Cllr Janet Clowes at 16:26, Monday 23 June 2025

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7751373.

A tree branch has fractured (under weight of its own seasonal growth, ivy infestation and recent winds). It is suspended over the pavement and partially protruding into the carriageway. Pedestrians are unable to pass and vehicles swinging around Oakes Corner (from the north) and do not see the obstruction. A significant number of cars are swinging across the road which is extremely hazardous on this dangerous corner.
