Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7713880.
Both drains on the corner of mill lane, and corner of Shampaan restaurant block/flood and don’t drain when there has been rain. Asked the Darin people last week if they were sorting which doing Crewe Road and was told that they weren’t on their list
