Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7711914.

Several drainage grids completely blocked with mud, leaves, etc. causing road to flood again and water to enter the property through front door again.

  • We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not attend before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
