The pavement in front of my building

There has been these road works since I got back off holiday on the 8th. And I’ve had low water pressure ever since so low that my boiler can’t heat the water and I can’t properly wash myself or clothes. Can you tell United Utilities to hurry up and fix the buildings connection to the main supply. They have only come by three times this week and have basically done nothing.
