A repair has been effected on a pothole (you are able to see the white markings signifying approval to fix the pothole) but it is not conducive to safe use by mobility scooter riders and therefore not fit for purpose. I was thrown off my mobility scooter, resulting in hospitalisation. I suffered a fractured pelvis and a dislocated shoulder, among other injuries.
