T section - Entering The Orchards

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7553839.

Residents of The Orchards keep placing cones in the carriageway to prevent non resident vehicles from entering the road. They also go as far as to confront any driver on whether they live there or not. Portraying the road as private.

It is an adopted road maintained using public taxpayer money. By placing the cones in the road they are committing a criminal offence under the Highway Act 1980, Sections 137 & 148.
