Bill and Ben Skip Hire Ltd

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7494052.

Report to the EA incident hotline to say that one of the Bill and Ben Skip Hire Ltd wagons was carrying a yellow skip that was visibly overfilled, with debris protruding from under the tarp. This vehicle was travelling on a busy main road, and in my view, the load posed a serious risk to other drivers and pedestrians. The load did not appear to be secure, and it looked as if items could fall off, especially at higher speeds or on uneven surfaces.
