Along church wall blocked with silt and leaves
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7253835.
As above I can see this drain has been reported many times over - but it is full with silt and leaves - and clearly hasnt been cleaned in accordance with the maintenance regime for CEC highways. As a result the water is no longer draining - and then a patch of ice appears on the junction with Radway Green Road - which freezes and due to the incline, cars slide into the road....
