The young daughter of the family at number 41 Crescent road CW124BG litters along the entire street in peoples hedges and commits anti social behaviour even at her young age. They have their bins overflowing into the shared access between their house and their neigbours, I have more photo's than the 3 limit that I could send. It's like living next to squatters. They're disgusting and it's the councils job to make sure their council house tennents are not abusing the house or their neighbours. We would rather have a gypsey camp there than them. They have powertools running constantly day in day out and i'm pretty sure they have done adjustments to the house and garden without the approval of the landlord/council. How they have the money to make all these improvements i don't know, the father hardly seems to ever be at work, food for thought.
