Heading towards the high street just before the pedestrian crossing

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 21:54, Tuesday 4 March 2025

Market Street road has major potholes on both sides of the road, the pot hole in question has the edge of the iron grid is exposed (as per the photo) hole depth approximately 60mm. The edge of the grid burst the car tyre causing it to deflate. As I travel through Congleton on a regular basis this stretch of has been like this for approximately 6 weeks, not helped by the Congleton to Biddulph road been closed.
