Ref. 7201247 which you have closed saying "no action needed", see attached photo, gulley is completely blocked as previously stated. Your response is inappropriate - when it rains surface water does not drain away and evaporation is the only way it clears. The standing water presents a hazard to pedestrians including children walking to the nearby primary and high schools each day, along what is a busy main road. Please send someone to inspect and establish whether the drain can be suction cleared (doubtful) or needs lifting and clearing manually do to the severe compaction of leaves etc..
