Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7142531.

The Beartown Rickshaw (see our website) takes those with limited mobility due to age or disability from their residence to traffic-free places in and around Congleton, and back home again.

Unfortunately we cannot use the traffic-free shortcut between Edinburgh Rd and Woolston Ave due to bollards that the rickshaw does not fit through.

Please could the bollards be moved further apart to allow it through?
