Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7130146.

The gully/grid is constantly overflowing due to the grid being full of water and silt. this never drains away. the water flowing down the carriageway has nowhere to go. It is especially dangerous when it freezes as it pools across the carriageway.
