Drainage water flooding from farmers field onto Flash Lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7129722.

Water is continuosly draining from field adjacent to Flash Lane, Road way is flooded, drains blocked, road surface damaged. Need to stop the water with drains in field and send land owner the bill for damaging the council owned road. There are several deep potholes that will cause damage to cars, and cause accidents.
