On road outside my house on the bend

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7120635.

Manhole cover on the road directly off our drive is loose and bangs loudly when a car drives over it. V busy road at all times of day and night. Vibrates through the house and keeps us awake at night as our bedroom faces front
