On exit from bridge Nantwich direction

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7095029.
Report a hazardous road condition on exit from Babington Lane Bridge near Nantwich. Due to the deteriorating road surface, vehicles are being forced to switch to the opposite carriageway upon exiting the bridge. This situation has led to a dangerous scenario where cars exiting from the bridge encounter oncoming vehicles stopped at the red light.
The road surface is in an alarming state, posing a significant risk to drivers. I witnessed two cars breaching the white line on exit from the bridge. This is especially dangerous as traffic is stopped at the red light directly facing them. Motorists are being forced into this risky maneuver due to the appalling condition of the road surface post-exit from the bridge.
Please can somebody actually sort this out before there is an accident? Immediate attention and repair are urgently needed
