Pothole where there is a grid

Huge deep pothole where there is a grid on the road near the green area towards Warwick road end of the road. My wheel goes in this pothole everytime I drive this road due to the parked cars blocking the opposite side of the road. Very deep and fills with water when it rains making it impossible to see pothole. Will badly damage a tyre if not repaired
