Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6946988.

The road surface is breaking up in numerous areas across the width of the entire carriageway. Vehicles travelling in both directions are moving into the path of oncoming traffic to try and avoid damage to their own car. If no avoiding action is taken then there will be a head on. The road has been this way for at least 6 months and is deteriorating rapidly.
