Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6931250.

Reported numerous times by many residents but water is flowing down the hill. It’s even raised the grid cover. It’s a blocked drain as United Utilities have informed me of this. 8 weeks now and still no action. Dangerous now in the freezing conditions. This needs urgent attention.
