Sent to Cheshire East Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 6925669.
Water is gushing out of a grid at the top of the hill, causing extensive flooding and now issues with ice. It was reported to United Utilities in December as a potential burst water main. They attended the same day and confirmed it is a blocked gully and drain and is the Council's responsibility to fix. Previously reported and no action taken. Appalling road conditions in the cold weather.
