On the lane road running alongside triangle

Reported via mobile in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 00:43, Friday 3 January 2025

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6924321.

Inadequate and failed drainage. This is HUGE ISSUE and risk to life when road drainage has failed. The water here is dangerous. It will cause an accident and also illegally discharging when it does to private land, that is water corroding the foundations of 2 properties. The camber if the road is inadequate and not suitable levels for surface water. The road drainage is incorrect and is not working, it is overflowing and dispensing over the road. If ice comes which it will, this will cause a terrible accident. Plus it's road surface water illegally discharging onto private land. This is illegal and degrading the properties at the bottom of the track . If this was the opposite, the council could sue the residents if they discharged onto the road. The water is erroding the carriageway. The gullies are blocked and albeit also failed as not sufficiently draining water . This is urgent and requires attention before risk to life .
