Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6914274.

Yet again, my husband has missed a hospital appointment because a new postman could not find ASTBURY MARSH. We seem to have a new postman every week. The letter was sent on 4th December and we received it on 23rd, the appointment was for 18th. Please can this be made urgent as we are in our 80's and our medical needs are not being met because the organisations cannot find us. This has been happening for 11 years and my 3rd time of asking.
