A vehicle has hit the side of the bridge, some brick work and the top stone are dislodged a few inches, it needs to be checked for safety of those passing underneath. Note this bridge is at the border of Warrington and Cheshire east boundary. Apologies for the poor photo, it is just a screen shot off my bike camera.
