Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6799227.

This area at 2 pm Thursday 28 th November was covered in mud and debris .A car overtook me and caused this to spread and caused 3 areas of damage to the front of my car .This road is permanently in this state regardless of the time of day.I now have a £200+ bill to pay to get it repaired.
