Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6780922.

The road gullies are blocked, causing fast flowing water and flooding further down the road. Reported to United Utilities as a potential mains leak as water was rapidly flowing down the road, but they have attended and confirmed itnis a blocked road gully that needs cleaning by the Council.
