Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6779030.

Drain directly in front of 8 laburnum rd is completely silted. Drain opposite 8 laburnum rd, allotment side is blocked by leaves. Road gullies completely fully of decomposing leaves.
