I saw a taxi car come off the motorway bridge and thought how unusual; it had a taxi plate number and uber written on the side ; I have been down that track for 3/4 years and never seen a car drive down there ; it is such a rough track; i noted the registration number (I have since checked and the vehicle is SORN and there are no mot details ?????? Anyway I got over the bridge and there was the pile of waste; electrical stuff off the front of a car, car seats and interior carpet (all bone dry , so it must have been only recently dumped; it has been raining over the weekend and very damp overnight; it was 10.40 am 14 th October, and used paint tubs and general rubbish in carrier bags
