Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6611597.

Please see ref: 6462852, the latest in a number or reports that I have sent in; it was raised a month ago and again the footway has not been cleared. Given the history of this problem, it seems to me that the occupants need to be prompted to carry out work to contain the bank outside of their front fence so that the plants on it do not keep growing out over the footway.
