Reported via mobile in the Gully/Drainage category by Andre Dyer at 10:58, Sunday 13 October 2024
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6608436.
These Gullys do not drain resulting in rainwater flooding across entirety of road, this has been the case for many years although emptied gullys do not drain, cause is believed to be blocked rainwater drains in this area, drains have been examined previously though no action taken, flooding to Cronkinson Oak due to gullys not draining is becoming worse with areas submerged for days following even light rain, concern now that colder weather will result in lying water freezing resulting in dangerous road conditions for vehicles and pedestrians, presently lying water contaminated with petrol diesel and oil from deposits on road presenting risk to pets and wildlife/birds seen drinking from contaminated water
