Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6607264.
Gullies (790066371 &79006664 - photos attached) completely silted so no water can drain away. The road slopes down to house no.13 at the bottom and so heavy rain which cannot drain away runs down the driveway. I checked all 12 gullies yesterday on this section of B Hill and several are entirely blocked with silt. Problem ongoing all this year at least. Last inspections in 2022 all report 100% silt and at least 1 was still not operational after inspection - due to roots. This has not been remediated.
