One neighbour leaving in bags not in bins through the week, and also various neighbours from Ladyfield Terrace and possibly Bolin Walk (not all of course) feel they can leave all their bins outside our houses all week. I have the eye sore of looking at a collection of bins every day when it should just be on a Friday. Council said on the phone they would send a mail shot out to the street 2 months ago… guess what? Never happened.
