Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6562232.

The speed limit (60 MPH) is not conducive to a narrow country lane with a high proportion of residents, no footpaths and no street lights. Moss Lane. This also applies to Brereton Heath Lane and Davenport Lane, all popular with walkers, cyclists and horse riders. T
