Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:13, Mon 7 October 2024
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6560592.
This section of road has a number of 'dips' ( which are now spreading and getting worse day by day, are all the effect of where previous work has been carried out poorly where the joins are ) cause an extreme amount of vibration, noise shaking and thudding when vehicles drive over them.
The dips are now spreading onto both sides of the carriage way - There are also other areas emerging nearby within a few metres where the joins of previous work is now also showing dips. There is also an area around a nearby grid that is also adding to the issues.
This is affecting residents standard of living.
Residents are woken up at all hours due to the noise, there are examples of children now having to sleep at the back of the property due to the thudding noises, car alarms have actually been set off due the vibration of a HGV going over the dip, doors and pictures on walls vibrate and shake
