Temporary traffic lights

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6541599.

There have been temporary traffic lights around nothing noticeable i.e. no roadworks going on, for days. These are not listed on One network as approved roadworks. The signage from the Macclesfield to Kettleshulme direction has blown away. I assume someone has forgotten to remove them
