Bramhall Hill, North Rode W3W - ///purse.endlessly.creeps

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway category by Kayleigh Aindow at 10:05, Wednesday 2 October 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6541404.

This was reported back in April, the issue was never resolved or fixed so the flood is now back, and will only get worse if not fixed, its taken a day of rain to collect this much water, cant wait to see what it is going to look like over a very wet Christmas. There are local residents and business that have to drive down this road everyday and it is becoming impossible top drive through in small cars and also not very good for vehicles to drive through. Once again smaller vehicles can not pass through this road. You will also see on the pictures 2 cones this is where a local resident (not the council) has kindly stopped other road users hitting a massive pothole that was also looked at and never fixed earlier this year, which also caused a lot of damage to a lot of vehicles earlier in the year. There is also a flood on Bank Lane the only other route in and out of the village to return home or get to work, without having to take a 20 minute detour to get into Congleton or Macclesfield.
