Gully no. 790058336 on Sugar Lane is completely blocked and full of soil, weeds and grass. Seems to be solid so doesn’t allow any rainwater through, therefore flooding road further down. The next gully further down (towards Adlington) is also blocked. We noticed this when we moved in - July 2022, so possibly not fully cleared on the last gully emptying visit.
