Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6508947.
Longstanding issue with water coming out of gulley and flowing across the road. Local residents have reported an odour. UU have been out to report of a leak, but found that this is the issue. Now flooding a garden due to pipes backing up.
