Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6507985.

Reported here last week -advised by uu that work to start 19th sept. -NOT YET STARTED == danger to predestrians on crossing as road always wet if a car slides/aquaplanes and/or vehicles being rear ended due to road conditions -NO FLOOD WARNINGS PUT IN PLACE BY UU OR CEC.
