Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6502746.

It will eventually cause flooding at bottom of road and requires unblocking or jetting so water can escape correctly.In winter if freezes on top would be dangerous as it’s on a slope and no pavement so potential risk of people falling or cars skidding
