The trees are very large and hang over into our back garden. This year we have had tree branches falling into our back garden as well as conkers and husks. We have stopped children and adults going into the garden due to the risk of being hit by either of these items. The risk is more acute this year as the trees have grown upwards as well as outwards.

We have assessed your enquiry and the tree needs to be inspected by a qualified arborist. Tree inspections are carried out in accordance with the Council’s Tree Management Strategy. Should the arborist’s report identify safety related work this will be programmed. We will provide a further update after the arborist’s inspection.
