The compete grid assembly is loose, moving and clattering when traffic runs over it. Large chunks of tarmac surrounding the grid are being thrown out onto the road. This fault has been reported several times over the last 2 to 3 years according to this website. I think it's about time this fault was repaired in depth before a serious accident is caused.
