Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6468360.

The manhole cover over the sewer pipe in the road has not been replaced/seated properly. This is causing a potential trip hazard to pedestrians and creating an excessive sewage odour. It was claimed recently that this had been resolved but it remains exactly the same as first reported.
