Chester Road, near train station

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6458504.

Temporary traffic lights installed on road, but there is no sign of this being authorised on Causeway One.Network. This is a major road and this is causing excessive traffic, leading all the way back to the Woodford roundabout on the A555.
