Hi, there is continued flooding outside the above houses, as reported countless times by all residents.

Advised today that previous Case 5593705 has been closed with the status “no action” - could you please advise why this is the case? As the situation continues, damaging property and causing safety issues to residents. The flooding has steadily worsened over 20 years. Thank you
