The last time this was brought to your attention, this is the third, you stated that the blocked drain/grid was not an urgent problem. Not only is this flooding again blocking the carriageway the footpath to the school is also blocked making it an urgent safety issue. Every time it rains this flooding happens because the grids are blocked.
