All along the newly surface dressed fast lane travelling in both directions fast lane

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway category anonymously at 20:05, Friday 30 August 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6418504.

The road has been surfaced dressed. The surface dressing has already failed in the fast lane in numerous locations. As a result standing water in the failed areas makes the carriageway very dangerous. I have nearly new tyres and aquaplaned a couple of times when travelling in rainy conditions at 60 MPH. Whoever completed the surface dressing needs to return to the area and fix the whole fast lane in both directions. If they don't I anticipate a serious accident will occur.
