Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6413595.
Contractor digging huge hole for septic tank. Vasts amount of sludge mud water running direct into drains and illegal use of hose pipe straight into drains. Old Victorian drain between nos 5 & 3 now filled with heavy clay and mud and has blocked drains on access path between properties. Plus they have netted off public footpath and intend putting up wrought iron fence along the boundary. Concern that they are using public footpath to gain more space as very cramped area.
